Definitely a lot less. Perhaps it’s because we’re actually taking/ using actual nutrients from the meats as opposed to just “filling” ourselves to “feel full”
Eating one to two meals a day. Compared to being told we should be eating 5/6 times a day . Breakfast. Snack. Lunch. Snack. Dinner. And yet still always feeling hungry. 🙄 oh the idea of “sides” being on my plate. Don’t need ‘em. I’ll have a side of meat with my meat thank you 😂
I feel like I have been able to control my emotions a lot easier actually. I am more aware and having an easier time choosing to let go of the unnecessary 🙃
