See You Monday?
On Monday, I'm hosting a free masterclass for all members called, "What Makes an Online Course Successful? There's been a lot of controversy in the Skoolersphere about whether or not courses are important or not. Is the classroom really "dead"? If you want to help someone learn a new skill or undergo a transformation based on theory, process, or steps, the classroom can be your best friend - when done right (that part is key). Too often people talk about how horrible courses are, but it's usually because they have only experienced bad ones. Come join me for an open conversation about your classroom and learn what makes a course "successful." Check the calendar for the exact time and then add it to your personal calendar so that you don't miss out. A replay will be available for a short time after the actual masterclass.

Two New Masterclasses on the CLASSIFIEDS Calendar!
I'm so excited to share that we have two more amazing members sharing their expertise in value-first masterclasses in February! @Melanie Bourbeau of Peace, Purpose, and Profit will be hosting "𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗸. (𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲)" on February 12th. This is for faith-led women who have done some inner work and are not in a current mental health crisis but still feel stalled between healing and walking in their purpose. And @Traci Poe of Public Speaker's Growth Hub will be hosting "𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲" on February 24th. During “Video Camera Comfort Starts Here” we’ll uncover the deeper reasons you have anxiety when it comes to hitting record on your camera, being a guest on a podcast, or speaking at a virtual summit, and then we'll give you some steps to do something about that! Check the times on the calendar and then add it to your own calendar so that you don't forget!!! Also please note that I will be hosting a free masterclass on Feb 9th called "𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹" where you will learn how to stand out for all the right reasons! What you put in your classroom represents you & the kind of results you can help your members achieve. Having a high-quality course (different from high production value) is crucial to standing out from everyone else who has communities similar to yours. See you there!

Sprint! The word I forgot was "sprint" and it starts on Monday! 🚀
The posting party was a ton of fun, and now we're going to continue the fun with a Classroom Ad Sprint. If you are a premium member, you have the opportunity to promote yourself in an "ad" in the classroom. Some of you have already taken advantage of this, but many of you haven't and I have a feeling it's either because it's been pushed down your to-do list, or you just aren't too sure what to put in it. So we're going to solve both of those problems. The lovely @Sondra Verva has been kind enough to create an amazing custom GPT to guide us along on the creation process. So whether you have an ad in the classroom or not, you might want to play along as a way of improving what you already have. I know that's what I'll be doing. My ad is not a great example right now!!! The sprint will be 6 days long with a new prompt posted in the community each day. You need to be a premium member to participate in this one and the goal is at least 100 ads in the classroom by the end of the week! 🌟 Are you ready for this one? It's going to be epic! Post your best "Let's Get It Done" gif below if you are in. 😉

This is a great question. I think a lot of us get stuck at the “does this even make sense?” stage. I’m definitely interested in better ways to organise ideas so they’re clear and actually usable, not just well-intentioned.
Feature Story - AI Artist Lab
I started AI Artist Lab because I genuinely fell in love with AI art. I was creating nonstop, learning fast, and I knew I did not want to build in a bubble. I wanted a space full of like minded creatives where we could learn, share, and experiment together without the pressure to have it all figured out. This community exists to make AI art feel approachable, creative, and doable for everyday artists, designers, and digital product sellers who want to create on purpose, develop a recognizable style, and actually finish what they start. I also wanted a place where you do not have to figure it out alone. A space to experiment, share your wins, ask questions without feeling behind, and build momentum together.

I’d really recommend Valerie’s AI Artist Lab. It’s given me permission to explore AI in a genuinely artistic way — slower, more thoughtful, and without feeling like I have to “get it right.” I’ve found inspiration here not just to create images, but to experiment, reflect, and actually enjoy the process again.
