Danni and I have officially finished and launched Functional Flipping! Phil Uncovered a major crack in the wall. Further investigation revealed they built the load bearing wall over an OLD 15ft WELL!!! $150 of Crush Minus Gravel and some rebar and later it will be fixed but if any bodies go missing in Pittsburg... we all know where to look.
