You're probably overthinking your first paid offer - this might help
I've seen it happen repeatedly in the communities I'm part of. Someone spends three months perfecting a paid offer and never ships it. Someone else treats it as a small experiment, tests it fast, learns something real, and moves on. Today, Lidia Axe is running a live session called Offers Lab that's built entirely around the second approach. She's going to walk through how she tested her own paid offers inside the Hackathon community - what worked, what flopped, and what she'd do differently. It's a proper behind-the-scenes look, not a theory session. Tuesday 23rd June, 1 pm - 2 pm London time. That's 8 am Eastern / 5 am Pacific. Worth an hour if offering testing is something you're currently thinking through. If you want more of this kind of thing - the practical, no-nonsense side of building a content-driven business - come and have a look at The Content Revenue Lab. It's free to join. https://tinyurl.com/TheContentRevenueLab Des - The Content Revenue Lab What's stopping most of you from shipping your first paid offer - is it the pricing, the positioning, or something else?

@Heather Boers for sure. So, the idea is that it is focused on "implementation" vs traditional summits, where the focus on keynotes/classes. I am running the first one right now - still lots to learn and adjust in the future. But I am convinced we need more implementation vs information

We've got lot's of newbies here so let's show them how we roll inside The Directory On Skool! 𝗟𝗲𝘁'𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆: 🎯 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗠𝘆 𝗔𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗿! Sometimes… we get a little too cozy inside our own heads about who we think our ideal client / customer / person is. Let’s shake that up 👇 How the Game Works 1️⃣ Drop Your Starting Point... Post a quick description of your ideal client: “My ideal client is…” Use the K.I.S.S. method here ... keep it stupid simple! 2️⃣ Build Each Other’s Avatars... Jump into other people’s posts and add insight using prompts like: - “She’s probably…(fill in the blank)” - “She’s tired of…(fill in the blank)” - “She secretly wants… (fill in the blank)” - “She’s worried that… (fill in the blank)” - “She’s searching for… (... get the picture yet?)” 👉 Keep it short, real, and from the gut. 3️⃣ 𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲 ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ If you post your avatar… 👉 You must comment on 5+ other people’s posts. (We’re going with 5 so each person gets enough insight to actually see new patterns, not just surface-level guesses.) 4️⃣ The Reveal! Once you receive 5 different comments on your post… Come back and drop: ✨ “𝗩𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮: 𝗠𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗿” Take what resonated and rebuild your person: - more specific - more emotional - more real 5️⃣ Share Your Offer!! 𝘼𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣, you can say: “If this is you… here’s what I created for you 👇” …and drop your link (this is for ALL members!) 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗢𝗕𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧 🧠 aka: why you’ll want to come back to read every reply This little game helps you: - uncover pain points and desires you might not have seen on your own - hear the actual language people use (𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙤, 𝙗𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩 👀) - build connection when someone reads your post and thinks, “wait… that’s literally me” 🧩 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗧𝗶𝗽: If you’re posting later in the day, prioritize replying to posts with fewer comments so everyone gets a solid build-out 🙌 ... tag friends to join in!

🚦 RED LIGHT, GREEN LIGHT: The Directory on Skool Edition (Round 2)
Alright… we’re doing this again because the first round was way too good not to 😄 Drop your best business one-liner describing what you do or what you offer ⬇️ Here’s how it works. The community will read it and issue you one of the following: 🟥 Red Light – needs clarity (go back and rework it) 🟡 Yellow Light – close, just needs a tweak 🟢 Green Light – I’d click, I’d ask, I want to know more. Share your link! (YES! When you get the green light you can share your link!) But you’re not just dropping your one-liner and walking away 👀 You guys are the ones directing the traffic. So yes… give out lights. Just don’t be handing out green lights like candy 🍬 If a one-liner doesn’t actually make you curious enough to click or ask questions… tell them why. And make it helpful. In the wise words of Patrick Swayze… be nice 😎 The goal here isn’t just to get a green light…it’s to walk away with a one-liner that actually makes people lean in. And… we’ve got a little something extra this round 👀 ✨ One person will win the Spotlight: – a 30-minute creative call with me – a 24-hour pinned post in the community – and 3 evergreen Pinterest pins leading back to it And for the twist… 🏆 The winner isn’t the best one-liner. It's the person who gives the most helpful, thoughtful, and constructive feedback throughout the thread. So jump in, support each other, and let’s see those one-liners in action! 🔥 We will run this through 8pm CST and the winner will be announced tomorrow!
