Has anyone successfully enabled a voice message in chat to be transcribed so the assistant can understand and respond correctly? Currently, text-based assistants do not recognize voice notes. I tried creating a custom tool, but I haven’t been able to get it to transcribe the voice note accurately.
@David Galofre Could you share more on the Custom WA provider you are using? And may I know if the contact send us a Voice Note, would Assistable notify the user(us), and stop replying ?
Hi, I have tried to sign up for the 14 days trial via the link Michael provide but I am stuck at the Stripe page. Apparently it seems the Stripe cart is for payment now, and there is no trial period. @Jorden Williams Is there no more trial for now? Could you please advise? Thanks man!
@Soo Horobin do you get your client to use your GHL subaccount? by replacing their current CRM, another GHL? (Cuz the rejection I face is data sensitivity) Could you share how did you convince them to do so? :)
@Soo Horobin I see, so basically what you do is you are providing a AI Chat/Voice services (with your own GHL), and it is doesn't matter if a client use GHL or not, cuz what he want is ultimately the AI services, correct? Which mean you are doing Zap/Webhook to export some info back to the client CRM too, right? :)
I heard there is a workaround for this! Anyone could share on how to? Because my client has their own GHL ($97) account and does not want to transfer under my agency account. P.S. does Assistable AI work for GHL $97 account too? Thank you @Michael Brasel @Jorden Williams
