service delivery question
hey guys, I have a question for someone who's in the real estate niche from your experience is it hard to deliver the offer such as 3-5 listings in 4 months in the towns with very small population? (2k-100k)

@Thure Sander thank you for an answer, are you utilizing fb ads? I'm doing lead nurturing, but appointment booking is generally on realtor's side because I utilize google and quality if the leads is pretty good here even though the quantity not the best but in general would you use fb to get listings or google?

sales call objection
hey guys, hope you're doing well I have a question - most of the time when I take the sales calls with real estate agents I ask them about why they are there and what's their main bottleneck preventing them from doing a lot of transactions they say to me: I'm just looking to take on more, I'm here to see what you have to offer and I'm pretty fine with my current biz (because most of it is referrals), so they don't see that as a problem. I figured - it doesn't really makes sense then to ask questions about their "problem" because they don't consider that a problem and they're pretty fine with what they're doing right now so, would you guys ask those questions that are rooting up to the "problem" that preventing agents from doing a lot of transactions and then you would somehow leverage their answers when you'll present the price? the thing to keep in mind too is that real estate agents are sales people themselves and they don't really like when you rooting up their problems in order for them to be sold - that's my limiting belief probably but how would you go about it?

Hey guys, I have a question: I'm reaching out to realtors and I say to them that I have a couple of people to refer in their area and that I'm not a realtor but that's exactly why I have a referral system that's not like casual one and that's the reason and incentive why I try to get them on the chat over a zoom but sometimes agents just don't want to deal with it and they say: no, thank you which make sense but would you guys position your service as I position it currently or would you be straight up with them and say: Look, it's more of a service that I've created to bring you more customers, are you available sometime tomorrow for me to show you it?

Hey guys, hope you're doing well! I have a problem: I have a client, she's a real estate agent. I was trying to set up the campaigns for her on google so that I could bring her more clients and I needed a VSL, and she said that she don't want to film that and asked to just use her picture instead. Do you think that it's a good idea to run an ad campaign just with the picture of her and testimonials? Or do I need to convince her to film a quick video
