Homework Recap
First homework session was great. A continuation of what we have been working on and I would say the contraction delay training from last week helped a lot with pushing breathold times. I also find that pranayama/triangle breathing helps to stay calm in unfamiliar territory! -3:15 hold -Contraction delay through locks is helpful

Hi all, I live in Fairfax, California. My earliest love of freediving was from watching The Big Blue when I was a kid (obviously) but it took me until my adult life to actually start diving. I sailed through the South Pacific and fell in love with being in the sea and would love to continue the underwater journey. At the present moment, I am a competitive ultra-trail runner, so I am exploring apnea as a way to increase performance on land. I am excited to be involved with this!
