How exactly are the 1s exhales supposed to be preformed? See image attached.

Hi, I'm Lenny, based in southern Ontario. The most interesting place I've ever taken a breath was in a sensory deprivation room on the last day of a 10 day silent meditation retreat. I can’t describe it, but the breath felt like clarity and the body and mind were dissolved, and I became the watcher. Currently I am focused on trying to discover ways I could spend more time with my children while they’re young.
