@Paul Mullon it’s a good feature, but all platforms will reduce the reach of anything not posted directly in app, even if you cross post from insta to fb which are both meta owned the platform you post from eg instagram will get better reach than the “shared” post that goes up on the other. It’s just something to keep in mind if reach is important to your marketing plan

Yeah and they don’t reduce reach on posts from business accounts either to push you to pay for advertising 🙄 AI results can only tell you what they admit to publicly, I’ve been using social media for business since it’s invention I’ve networked with 1,000’s of small businesses using social media as a way to advertise and every one of us has seen it first hand and seen the reach of businesses drop further and further year on year, now meta are going to force anybody who wants to share links in posts to pay for verified which is a direct attack on small business accounts. But AI won’t give you that information

Great message, everyone starts somewhere and nobody is born with skills, we have to learn step by step. I also think it’s important to learn to walk before you try to run, eg don’t try to start a business as a pottery teacher if you’ve never used a wheel or kiln. Knowing our own limitations, accepting them and taking the time to learn is so important in making sure that we don’t create that pressure on ourselves ❤️
