TGIF
Thank goodness its Friday. Starting to look forward to the weekend, and also a good time to look back on the week that's past and the week to come. Was it a good week? Did I do the things I needed to do? Did I manage to include ME time? And on to next week. What can I plan now to ensure that next week is a great week?

Some great thoughts I read today.
These aren't my words. I borrowed them from a LinkedIn post. Sometimes the strongest move you can make… is to step away. We push. We grind. We solve problems. But real strength isn’t only in fighting every battle — it’s in knowing when to pause, breathe, and protect your fire. When you step away, you break the cycle. You stop the burnout. You come back sharper, stronger, and more focused. In leadership, business, and personal growth: 🔥 Your energy is your greatest asset. 🔥 Your clarity is your competitive edge. 🔥 Your ability to reset is your superpower. Make space. Reset. Then come back and lead with intention.
Has it been a tiring week?
It's been a tiring week for me. Travelling, conference presentations, international workshops. During times like these, getting back to basics and focusing on the essentials is important to me as I don't have time for everything else. It is a good life lesson. There is only limited time, so make the most of it.

Fresh start
Every year, every, month, every week (we could go down to every second) is an opportunity to start something new, or to build on something you’ve already started. Make this week count! Take some positive action today.
