Colon cancer preventative steps
I realize this is a very loaded subject that could not possibly be covered in one post, but a dear friend had a colonoscopy and they removed several pre-cancerous polyps. Specifically, TVA and SSP. Not overweight non-drinker non-smoker. She is 52. I was thinking of suggestions to assist her terrain in being less susceptible to the overgrowth of cells She is also getting her hormones checked to fix and or modulate that terrain I also wanted to suggest specific colon support that may be able to modulate the colon against developing further polyps. Again, I know it’s a loaded subject, but if you have any suggestions, I would be so grateful She is not a client just a good friend that I’d love to help

Immune Protocol for Chest Colds
I have asthma and whenever I’m subjected to a virus, I feel like I always get a chest cold, which lingers for minimum 20 days. Curious if there’s a good protocol out there once you have it how to get over it faster than 20 days. Here is the protocol I normally do I think it’s a lot and I’m not sure if I’m doing it correct or if this is just completely overkill. Either way I still have a chest cold for 20+ days doing this 🤦🏼‍♀️ THYMALIN 10 MG five days TA1 1MG every day until I feel better Methylene blue 25 MG every morning until I feel better NAC 1 g morning and night VIT C 1 g every night Ivermectin HCQ 1 tablespoon elderberry syrup

@Kendra Pearson as an asthmatic I also find adrenal supplementation like B5 really helps. Peptide wise I use VIP but I understand that’s not for everyone. Also long term Halo and CO2 inhalation has helped lessen reoccurrences for me. I’m assuming by lessening inflammatory pathways directly in the lungs

@Kendra Pearson on VIP I do 100mcg subq. Up to 4x/day when it’s bad. I’m not on it always at all. I seem to cycle when flus are around. @Curtis Gillespie Sayers dont I know it.. I keep telling myself I need to HBOT in my bedroom rich 😆😆
Depression Oxytocin
I have another client that is clinically depressed! What’s some peptides that could help? Was thinking Oxytocin and selank??? Does anyone think nasal spray vs injection is better than the other for those….. or high dose injections??

@Kendra Pearson funnily enough Semax had this uplifting effect that might be more helpful than Selank which drives down excitatory glutamate. Semax drives more BDNF. Curious what Curtis has to say. Also Cerebrolysin is such a cool neural tool But I’m thinking more for disorders not really emotional regulation…

@Curtis Gillespie Sayers this is so needed! And yes not a peptide deficiency otherwise everyone would have been depressed until a few years ago 😆 I’m unfamiliar with MIF-1. But being such a short chain and relatively simple this looks very promising as well. I also wanted to add I have seen straight up Thiamine (B1) help tremendously so just on a nutritional level there are probably SO many ways to deal with depression
Stubborn toenail fungus
Okay @Curtis Gillespie Sayers - I have a gentleman who has had toe nail fungus for longer than 20 years. He reports he has used prescriptions etc. it it just never quite leaves. Any suggestions? I’m assuming systemic id the way to go. Toenail issues are not my speciality!

@Curtis Gillespie Sayers no stool testing - it’s a family member so not as much a client. He has tried heavy duty prescription anti fungal but orally and topically - ketoconozale was one of them. Monolaurin is a great idea and I can ask them to do a GI map or something. It’s def internal!
P21 for cognitive benefits
@Curtis Gillespie Sayers i am always looking at neurological type peptides/ molecules in the area of autism and behavioral disorders. I find most neurotrophic peptides and small molecules like dihexa are actually not autism friendly (too stimulating, Bdnf does NOT need to be pushed, synapses are already forming at a rapid rate… and so on) However P21 seems to be acting like cerebrolysin’s nicer cousin 😂. It’s gentle and so very helpful for cognitive benefits in tired moms like myself. But also add kids and teens especially. I’m wondering how you would compare this to something like J147?
