Colon cancer preventative steps

I realize this is a very loaded subject that could not possibly be covered in one post, but a dear friend had a colonoscopy and they removed several pre-cancerous polyps.

Specifically, TVA and SSP.

Not overweight non-drinker non-smoker. She is 52.

I was thinking of suggestions to assist her terrain in being less susceptible to the overgrowth of cells

She is also getting her hormones checked to fix and or modulate that terrain

I also wanted to suggest specific colon support that may be able to modulate the colon against developing

further polyps.

Again, I know it’s a loaded subject, but if you have any suggestions, I would be so grateful

She is not a client just a good friend that I’d love to help
