🌸 The Ultimate Blood Work Guide for WOMEN: Hormonal Health Mastery
Women's health is more complex due to cyclical hormones, but that makes testing even more valuable for optimization. 🎯 Why Women Need Specialized Testing Female physiology requires different approaches: - Cyclical hormone fluctuations - Iron deficiency risk (menstruation) - Thyroid issues 5x more common - Bone health considerations - Reproductive health tracking 🧪 The Complete Female Health Panel Core Metabolic Health: 1. Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) Same basics as men Pay attention to protein levels 2. Complete Blood Count (CBC) Critical for women: Iron deficiency screening Hemoglobin, hematocrit, ferritin 3. Lipid Panel Women's risk increases post-menopause HDL naturally higher in women (aim >60) Female Hormone Panel: 4. Reproductive Hormones (timing matters!): Estradiol (Day 3 or mid-luteal) Progesterone (Day 21 of 28-day cycle) FSH & LH (Day 3 for baseline) Testosterone (yes, women need this too!) 5. Cycle-Independent Hormones: DHEA Sulfate (adrenal function) Prolactin (if irregular cycles) AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone for ovarian reserve) 6. Thyroid Function (crucial for women): TSH, Free T4, Free T3 Thyroid antibodies (TPO, TgAb) Reverse T3 if symptoms present Female-Specific Markers: 7. Iron Studies (essential): Ferritin (storage iron) Iron, TIBC, transferrin saturation B12, folate (for red blood cell production) 8. Bone Health (25+): Vitamin D3 (aim 40-60 ng/mL) Calcium, phosphorus Consider bone density scan if risk factors 💎 Female Optimization Targets Reproductive Hormones (premenopausal): - Estradiol: 30-400 pg/mL (varies by cycle phase) - Progesterone: >10 ng/mL (luteal phase) - Testosterone: 15-70 ng/dL - Free Testosterone: 1-4 pg/mL Critical for Women: - Ferritin: 50-150 ng/mL (many women <30) - Vitamin D: 40-60 ng/mL - TSH: 1-2.5 mIU/L (narrower range than labs suggest) 🌺 Common Female Issues & Solutions Iron Deficiency: - Fatigue, poor exercise performance, restless legs - Solutions: Iron-rich foods, vitamin C, consider supplementation

@Katherine Pierce This response is a little late but my RS has used Cartalax and loved it. Had knee pain for years and couldn't do lunges at all due to the pain and decreased range of motion. 1 week of Cartalax and had 50% improvement and after 2 weeks could do lunges and be pain free. Took 2mg daily for 30 days and will do it again in 5-6 months.
IMPORTANT: New Navigation Links
Quick heads up, so nobody gets confused. I moved all of our tools such as the new cycle planner to a new tab called resources. Just navigate like you were up in the top right click resources and scroll through what you want! Peptideprice.store it is becoming an ecosystem for all research tools so this may expand! Appreciate all your guys support. It means the world!

🧬 The Ultimate Year-Round Immunity Stack
Been working on something a little different. I want to start providing more comprehensive guides like this — stuff you can actually save, reference, and come back to instead of scrolling through posts trying to find that one thing I said about dosing. This one's all about building a peptide-based immunity protocol that works year-round. Not just "take this when you feel a cold coming on" — but an actual system. What's in the PDF: → How your immune system works (broken down simple) → All the science terms translated into normal English → TA1, Thymulin, BPC-157, KPV, VIP, Glutathione, GHK-Cu, Epithalon, LL-37 — what they do, how they work, when to use them → Which ones are year-round, which are as-needed, which are for acute illness only → How they stack together and why → Seasonal adjustments for winter vs. summer → A step-by-step guide if you're new to this The idea behind it: You're building layers — training new immune cells, activating the ones you have, fixing your gut (where 70%+ of your immune system lives), balancing the response so it doesn't go haywire, and supporting everything at the cellular level. It's all in the PDF. This is so informative and so much hard work! Appreciate this so much. Love that it is in a PDF format. Maybe for future in the Classroom it would be awesome to have all PDF's listed in one place where one can click on it and find what they need easily. Again thanks for all the hard work you do for us every day.

I want to put together some comprehensive peptide stack breakdowns for you guys. I may even turn this into a full course depending on the interest. Drop the stacks you want me to cover in the comments. Whether it's: - Fat loss stacks - Muscle building stacks - Recovery/healing stacks - Anti-aging/longevity stacks - Energy/performance stacks - Sleep/GH optimization stacks - Or any specific combo you've been curious about I'll take tomorrow to dive deep into the research and give you full breakdowns on: 1. What each peptide does 2. Why they work together 3. Research protocols 4. Timing considerations 5. What to watch out for Let me know what you want to see! 👇 ⚠️ DISCLAIMER: This is for educational and research purposes only. These are research compounds intended for laboratory use only.
