Hey Dean! Precision! I think training especially with small groups or individually definately helps new or newer people get dedicated individual guidance. I still hear you in my head while I practice. "Cross check, move your light and cross check again. Slow precise pushes." Definately a game changer.. can't wait to do another session with you.
⚔️ PUSHMORE…
Eventually every technician reaches a dangerous place. Competence. You know enough to make money. Enough to impress customers. Enough to stop feeling urgency. And that’s exactly where growth begins to slow. The question isn’t: “Can you repair dents?” The question is: “Where have you stopped studying?” Where have you stopped questioning your own process? Where are you relying on experience when curiosity used to live there? 👉 TODAY’S PERSONAL CHALLENGE: Identify one belief about yourself that may no longer be true. “I’ve always been this way.” “I’m not disciplined.” “I’m too old.” “I’m just busy.” Challenge it. 👉 TODAY’S PDR CHALLENGE: Choose one aspect of your process and audit it honestly. Light discipline. Tip precision. Knockdown control. Pattern. Passes. Intensity. Body positioning. Tool selection. Patience. Where have you started operating on autopilot? Mastery isn’t the absence of plateaus. Mastery is developing the humility to recognize them early enough to keep climbing. The mountain doesn’t care how long you’ve been here. Neither does the metal. Honor both. Now WORK HARD and GO BE GREAT. 🇺🇸🫡🤜🤛😎🤙

Slowing down. I have to tell myself to go slower and crosscheck more.
Back to the battlefield
I returned to the scene of my first pdr crime. My first attempt at hail damage on an aluminum hood one year ago.I go back to it every once in a while to show myself how much I don’t know and how far I have to go to become capable at this craft that I love. I got it a little bit better today.

BIG WEEK, NEXT WEEK! ⚔️
Tons of content incoming! I’ve been working hard behind the scenes, to get caught up, and produce a ton of demos and lessons. I hope you all are having an awesome week! Let me know what you’re working on! Christian is glue-pulling a rail today. Tomorrow is the last day of training, before heading back to Switzerland! Now WORK HARD and GO BE GREAT! 🇺🇸🫡🤜🤛😎🤙
