Calling All Midlife Experts!
Are you passionate about helping women in midlife thrive, grow, and create a life they're excited about? I'm hosting You Don't Need a New You: The Midlife Recalibration Summit, a free 5-day online event happening January 11–15, 2027, and I'm looking for inspiring speakers to join me! We're bringing together a diverse group of experts to explore everything from nervous system resilience, mindset, menopause, health and relationships to confidence, money, purpose, personal growth, and what's possible in the second half of life. If you have expertise, a fresh perspective, or practical strategies that could help midlife women, I'd love to hear from you! This is a great opportunity to share your work, reach a new audience, build connections, and be part of a meaningful conversation about midlife. Presentations are 20–30 minutes and prerecorded, with additional live opportunities available. Sound like something you'd love to be part of? What if you could doodle your nervous system?
I wanted to pop in and share something I’ve been working on for quite a while because it is finally here! The Art of Regulation: Doodle Your Nervous System Journal is officially available for presale here. ✍️ I’ve spent years teaching people about the nervous system, and I one thing that I have learned is that learning doesn’t always have to look like reading more, studying harder or trying to think our way through things! Sometimes we need to use a different part of our brain. There’s something pretty powerful about putting pen to paper, slowing down and doodling. It can support attention, memory and learning, while also giving our busy minds somewhere to land. So I created a 12-week guided doodle journal that combines nervous system education with simple, playful doodling exercises. No artistic ability required. (Seriously!! Stick people and squiggly lines are welcome. 😂) We explore nervous system states, thoughts, emotions, boundaries, self-compassion, support, regulation and more, but in a way that feels approachable and actually fun. It’s currently available for presale for a limited time (and it includes the journal, worldwide shipping, bonus resources plus a bonus workshop once everyone has received theirs!). I’d love for you to check it out here. And if you know someone who loves journaling, doodling, nervous system work, or is looking for a different way to learn and connect with themselves, I’d be so grateful if you shared it with them too! ❤️

If I hear someone say ______ I should send them to your Skool.
If I hear someone say ______ I should send them to your Skool. Fill in the blank in the comments so we all know who we should refer to your Skool. For me it is, if you hear someone say, "I really want to learn more about how to create a website or an app with AI- but i am tech challenged or have no idea what I am doing" - if they are a woman-- send them my way to my Secret Vibe Coding Society 💜

@Sondra Verva Yes, I've gone back and forth on this. But often my Ideal person does already have a sense of her nervous system. I play around with wording to see who I attract:)

Please Introduce Yourself
One of the most important things I've learned since becoming an online entrepreneur is that the most important thing you can do to grow your business is to build relationships. Many of us (myself included) have rushed to promote our groups and services that we care so deeply about. And it only makes sense - we are excited about what we are doing! Today, I'd like to invite you to take a step back and introduce yourself to the group by answering the following questions: 1. Who are you personally? 2. Who are you professionally? 3. What is something you love doing outside of work? 4. What is something surprising about you? As you open up and make more connections, you will find that not only are people more interested in what you do, but they will also be more interested in helping you make connections with other people they know! 😉 After you introduce yourself, please scroll through the other introductions and add a comment to someone you have something in common with or would like to know more about. 😊 Please add your introduction in the comments below! ⬇️

Midlife 👑s… this is the space for you!
Midlife hits… different! The things that used to work don’t anymore. Same eating and exercise. Weight shifts Same bedtime routine. Still tired. Same friendships. New social anxiety. Same way of supporting my kids. Suddenly I’m “controlling”!!! Same effort in business. Crickets. Burnout. So we push. Power through. Assume it will pass. If you’re a woman over 40, you’re probably nodding right now 💯 Here’s what I’ve learned. When your body and mind feel out of sync with your life, it’s not because you’re failing. 👉 Your nervous system has entered a new season. Midlife requires a different approach. That’s why I created Midlife Nervous System Rewire! It’s a low-pressure Skool community for midlife women who are done fixing themselves and ready to regulate differently. This isn’t mindset gymnastics or a glow-up project. And it’s definitely not about doing more. It’s about learning how to work with your nervous system instead of against it. When you join, you start with the Midlife Nervous System Reset Challenge. Simple steps to rebuild safety, awareness, and capacity without overwhelm. Inside the community you’ll find: • Nervous system education in real-life language • Creative tools like journaling and doodling • Other midlife women who actually get it and are supporting each other IN it, having fun along the way! . And I’m in it with you. Yes, I have 25+ years as a Speech Language Pathologist and nervous system coach. But I’m also a midlife woman. Second marriage. Five grown kids. Empty nesting. Running a business. Learning this season as I live it. Join 270+ midlife women inside. $7/month. No pressure. No fixing. Just a great place to start!!! 👉 Join us and begin the Reset Challenge https://www.skool.com/midlife-nervous-system-rewire/about?ref=06e003b61b8148ebbafd3a067f3cc2e1 Or if you have a midlife 👑 that you know, send her over! (And yes. ⭐️Gold star if you made it this far!!)
