I need to learn more about service accommodation. Who can point me in the right direction please?

Hey guys, my 15 minutes onboarding call with Lawrence, somehow turned into 60 🤣 He told me that my homework for tonight is to tell you a little bit about myself, so here it is.... I am currently signed up for Jamie Yorks deal packaging bootcamp in December, and trying my best to work through all of the info 📚 I have also signed up for @Liam J Ryan and Martin's Property Wealth Bootcamp next year. My place is booked, and although the amount of work is a tad daunting, its also super exciting 🙌 I will be aiming to deal package, SA's, then commercial conversions. Looking to gain knowledge (and maybe give some, once i've been to bootcamp) throw ideas around, and meet like minded people, all working towards an end goal. A few investors along the way would be the icing on the cake 🎂 😊

Hi everyone, My name’s Amin, and I’m based in Birmingham. I had a great chat today with Mr. Lawrence Reffell, who was absolutely fantastic — he went through everything in detail and helped me book the Bootcamp Commercial Conversion Course for 23rd–25th February 2026. He answered all my questions and really put me at ease. I’ve got around 10 years of experience in BTL and BRRR, and I’m now excited to start a new chapter by learning about commercial conversions. I’m particularly interested in opportunities across the West Midlands and East Midlands. Really looking forward to meeting everyone and learning together
