Every year, we hear the same story, “Next year will be my breakthrough.”
But the truth is, many of us will still end this year exactly where they started. Some will even end it with more complaints than progress. Why does this keep happening? Because too many people stay busy but not productive. They chase every new deal, every trend, every “big promise”, but never take the time to master one clear path or connect with the right people who can actually help them build something that lasts. I know this because I’ve been there. I started in property full of excitement, thinking hard work alone was enough. But I soon realized that without strategy, guidance, and the right network, you can spend a whole year moving, and still be stuck in the same spot. Everything changed when I stopped doing everything alone and started learning from people who were already where I wanted to be. That single shift helped me break the cycle of trial and error, and turn effort into consistent growth. Now, before this year ends, I want to challenge everyone here: - What are you doing differently this time around? - Have you identified the real reason your results haven’t changed? - Who are you learning from, and are they helping you move forward or keeping you in circles? Let’s make this space one where we hold each other accountable, share what’s working, and stop repeating the same mistakes that keep us stuck. Before you scroll past, drop a comment. What’s one thing you know you must change before this year ends if you truly want next year to look different?
