Injecting Fat Blaster
Hi, I started using the Fat Blaster and I've been injecting into my quads since it's recommended to do an IM injection. I'm injecting 100 units (1mL) into alternate quads twice a week. I have to say, the pain post injection is crazy and it lasts for days. Am I doing something wrong? Can i switch to subcutaneous injections?

@Shawna Fenwick I’ll give it a try. Thank you.

@Tara West thank you! Tried subq today. MUCH improved, but still a hard sore spot. Glute is next! Love how I feel otherwise.

Lots of fatigue. Never worked out of it with different dosing protocols.

@Shawna Fenwick I tried Tara’s recommended dosing on her sheet (8 weeks; 5 days on 2 off), and also tried to titrate down. I did not do a round of SS-31 first, so either am well optimized or need to do some mitochondrial work in advance. I have decided that there are enough other things working for me that I will just give these a rest for now. I have the same reaction to NAD+! Just one researcher’s experience. Either way, you will discover effects quickly, so could be worth trying with mild investment.
Coming off Glp
I’m wondering if anyone ever actually comes off a GLP and if so what’s your experience? I have only ever been on a micro dose of 1mg/wk of Reta and am thinking of coming off of it after the holidays since I’m at goal weight. I’m just scared I’ll gain it all back!

I titrated down and stopped Tirz for seven months after losing 50 lbs. I SLOWLY gained seven pounds over those seven months. I started back on a low dose and lost five immediately. Now I’m committed to cycling.
