After today I was sitting with my thoughts and feelings. I went to one of the inspirational pages I follow and saw this and wanted to share. I feel this aligned with this group.

I can't fully put into words my experience with day 2. I cried so hard, it was ugly. However, how I feel right now...I feel more at peace than I have in years! Still more work to do but this is life-changing!

Just finished the first day of class. I'm completely blown away! The release of emotions was absolutely overwhelming. I feel better than I've felt in a long time. This is absolutely phenomenal!!!

New to this. As everyone has had things happen in their life. Within the past month I ended an almost 2 year relationship due to infidelity and there being a baby on the way with the person who they were seeing behind my back. The betrayal was deeper than I've ever been hurt before, especially since we had planned a future and had started planning our wedding. Then while that was going on I unexpectedly lost my job. I know my friends and family are tired of me being so up and down and think I should just gwt over it. I need to regulate after this. I need to find myself again.
