If we are using a Garmin or something to track sleep, what amount of deep sleep are we shooting for, ideally. I don’t seem to get much deep Sleep but wondering what a realistic target is! Thanks

Hello! Hi, I’m Laura, 44 years old, mom of three. I’ve had an interesting journey with food and fitness. I tend to have an all or nothing personality and I’ve definitely battled some binge eating/eating disorder type tendencies in my early adult years. I’ve always loved being active and my favourite activities are hiking, cross-country skiing and snowboarding. I feel like I could tell you everything about healthy eating, but because of my tendency to indulge in sugar, I’ve never really had my health where I’d like it to be. I also have Hashimotos, like many women with thyroid issues do from my understanding. Anyways, really interested in figuring out how to support my health goals in a long-term way that is reasonable, sustainable and effective. Happy to be here!

On January 16, 2026, I started with Dr Cody Golman on the Fast 40 program. I was ready to feel better, make a change and reclaim the me that I felt like I had lost because of changing hormones, premenopausal symptoms and life! But I made a decision and followed this incredible life changing program and now, same jeans from January to June, but time for new ones! Thank you Dr Cody and this community!!!! January 16th to June 13th 43 lbs lost 47.5 inches lost

Skincare products
Hey does anyone have a good skincare they would recommend. I’ve noticed more wrinkles since I lost 20 lbs. more of a leathery look which has never been apart of my normal skin Would love some help in this area

I also use Korean skincare and have had incredible results. My skin was sooo dry before. Let me know if you want details on the line I use. It’s phenomenal
