that I would have my first land deal by month's end. Mission Accomplished! Happy Saturday Land Investing Peeps! It's been kinda quiet on the board and well, I've been moving in silence as well. I reached out to Aaron a few days ago to let him know I officially closed on my first land deal last week! While it wasn't the strategy Aaron is teaching....it was still a close..and I'm so excited! I'd love to hear how everyone's journey is going.

Has anyone tried sending out neutral letters? And if so, how did it work out for you?

In the beginning I was so nervous about receiving a Call and Now I'm more nervous waiting for them to sign the purchase agreement 😅
