There was a time when taking care of my body felt mostly like a physical goal. Eat better. Exercise more. Be consistent. Get stronger. Change my body. And when I struggled, it was easy to focus on everything I wasn't doing well enough. It's something God has entrusted to me. Exercise became less about changing what I see in the mirror and more about being grateful that I GET to move. Nourishing my body became less about restriction and more about stewardship. And imperfect days stopped meaning I had failed. I'm learning that stewardship isn't perfection. This morning, I spent hours formatting a document that AI could have done in a matter of minutes. It didn't need my fingerprints. I just did it because it was right there and I wasn't thinking about productivity. I think a lot of us do that. We tell ourselves it's quicker this way, but those little tasks, they add up. And before long, your day's gone, and none of it really required you. So, here's the simple check for today. Look at whatever's next on your list and ask: would this turn out differently if someone else or AI handled it? If not, that's worth paying attention to. You don't have to overhaul your whole system immediately and add more to your to-do list, but just look at your never-ending list and identify the tasks that could be delegated or deleted.
