Just as your spirit needs the Holy Spirit daily, your body needs water daily to function, heal, and thrive. ✅ Why Your Body Needs Water - Cellular function: Every cell in your body needs water to operate, repair, and regenerate. - Digestion & metabolism: Water helps break down food and convert it into usable energy. - Detoxification: Water flushes out toxins from the liver and kidneys. - Circulation: Your blood is about 90% water—hydration keeps oxygen flowing through the body. - Joint health: Water lubricates the joints and reduces inflammation. - Brain clarity: Even mild dehydration affects your mood, focus, and decision-making. - Temperature regulation: Water helps stabilize body temperature. I just started back drinking my detox water. Lemons, cucumber,ginger and mint leaves. Slowly but surely one step at a time.
