Hello to all!! I'm new here and trying to perfect my Italian method macarons ! They always come out half hollow. I don't seem to get the perfect macaron. I'm aiming to troubleshoot my oven perhaps ? I'm also trying to unlock the recipe! I appreciate all the comments and likes in advance ! 💜
Since I’ve been getting consistent results, I tried making Dubai Chocolate flavored macarons! For the filling I made a chocolate ganache and added pistachio paste with kataifi + tahini sauce in the center. They were super yummy!! 🤗
