Tens vs Ultrasound
Thank-you for the great class today Sterling. I am beyond excited for this journey and am grateful for your generosity. I am going through Level 2 and just finished info on electrical VNS. My Question is: Do people use it in conjunction with US or does US blow it out of the water? I know it may be individualized, but just wondering about general consensus?

@Chaweon Koo this gives me hope that wearing my TENS during my flights next week will help.

@Chaweon Koo that's how I use the TENS, before and while I eat, during working, etc. I was just really hoping to not have to walk round the airport with the ear clip on and during onboarding/deplaning isn't going to be easy and obviously I can't wear it through TSA. We shall see. My LG US will be here Tuesday so we'll see if that can help prepare me beforehand. Thanks for the good vibes 😊
1000 vs 2000
Trying to decide on which device. I see the 2000 is out of stock but the LG device that's identical is in stock. I get the extra bells and whistles like heating in the 2000/LG but is that really worth paying 2-3x as much for? I've been using my TENS 7000 for months and want to actually take down the inflammation instead of just addressing the symptoms. I have severe gut dysfunction from what I'm assuming is low vagal tone and dysfunction from abdominal surgeries and severe burnout from trauma and medical trauma and while the TENS works for a time the US sounds like a much better and gentler long term solution and I'm desperate just to be able to eat and drink to live.

I just found this, good explanation of differences. https://www.prohealthcareproducts.com/what-is-the-difference-between-the-current-solutions-pro-2000-ultrasound-and-us-1000-ultrasound-units/

LG will be here Tues! Since the video is for the 1000 what setting is appropriate for the 2000/LG?
Reminder - Ultrasound July Event is Happening Tomorrow !
Here's a link to the Calendar in the Vagus Skool indicating the details of the event - it will display the proper time based on *YOUR* timezone. https://www.skool.com/vagus/calendar?eid=b6a5dae2fd724fb3925157724763cdcc Additionally, if you go to UltraSkool.com/join you will see a countdown timer - and if you go there tomorrow, when the countdown timer hits 00:00:00 you will be redirected to the Zoom room automatically. You can also join 30 minutes early - as I will have the room setup and we will be co-watching videos (optional but fun!) Can't wait to see so many new fresh faces - we will be covering Cerebral Ultrasound, Vagus Nerve Ultrasound, and touch on the Spleen as well. Come with questions (???) and I will be dedicating some time near the 90 minute mark to take a barrage of questions. It's going to be very fun, and we are going to do the Ultra Breath protocol - this is breathing + Ultrasound on the Vagus Nerve (prepare to have you Parasympathetic system fully activated within a 10 minute window - it's INSANE ! (and this practice is why I got into the Vagus Nerve at all in the first place.) See you all soon !!!

@Sterling Cooley yes I use the ear clip, just ordered one that has both leads so I don't have to have the patch on the shoulder. My gut has shut down completely before starting to use tVNS due to damage from surgeries and B6 toxicity, at least I can eat though painfully at times w the TENS. I definitely want to learn other options to see what works best for me but my TENS I've had for years and didn't cost hardly anything and has been a god send towards healing along with other vagus nerve interventions.
