1. ... fxe6 (Black takes queen with f-pawn) 2. White: Rxe6+ (rook captures pawn on e6, check) - Black can’t take the rook with Kxe6 – here’s why: - If 2. ... Kxe6, then 3. Rf6# (rook moves to f6, checkmate – king is trapped with no legal moves) - So Black must move the king: 2. ... Kf8 3. White: Rf6+ (rook moves to f6, check) 4. ... Kg8 5. White: Rg6+ (rook moves to g6, check) 6. ... Kh8 7. White: Rf7# (checkmate) (I'm not sure cuz I'm still learning😔)
