🎬 The animation classroom has had a proper rebuild
Apparently “I’ll clean up a few lessons” turned into rebuilding a whole module 😂 The classroom is now called AI Animations & Workflows, and Module 1 has seven new videos, eight connected lessons, and a clearer route from your first idea to a finished animation. I made this because I want you to be able to build a workflow you can keep using. Take an idea, give it a home in a folder, and have your AI help write the script, make the voice, plan the visuals, build the scene and export the video. The AI can do a lot of that work. Understanding what each stage produces helps you ask for useful changes and check whether the result actually explains your idea, right? We follow one small example through the lessons, then you use the same process for something of your own. The videos also use a new style: more visual explanations, app views, moving diagrams and examples that connect directly to what’s being said. Start with 1.1: Welcome and Your Route Through This Module, then work through: - 1.2 How This Video Was Made — see the whole process before setting things up. - 1.3 Get the Workspace Ready with Your AI — choose your starting route and prepare your project. - 1.4 Ask for a Script, Then Make the Voice — turn the idea into a spoken explanation. - 1.5 Turn the Voice into a Visual Plan — decide what someone should see as they listen. - 1.6 Let AI Build the Scene — build the pictures and review whether they help. - 1.7 Fix What You See, Then Export — make a specific correction and check the finished video. - 1.8 Make the Next Video with Your Own Idea — carry the useful tools and instructions into your own project. -

I am honestly floored by all this. Thank you so much!
An interview and a new style.
A new animation style on top of the 16-bit one that I created, as well as an amazing interview I had today with Jackson Bennett Keep an eye out for another YouTube video coming soon where I give you all a tutorial on how to make animations and videos like this

Really loving the new animation styles recently. Eye stopping and unique. I'm trying that 80s 8-bit game one out on a niche site at the moment. Good stuff!
I think I cooked with this one...
Finally giving my view on JEV in my classic history and fundamentals fashion but... This one is a little different. It's my first time making a fully animated, pixel art video, and I'd honestly love to know what you think of the style. Should I make more like this? I made an ICM that fully automates most of the process i was able to get this video built in about three or four hours. Talk about a fun animation style right? Might redo a bunch of the videos in the classroom with this.

Your NEXT video though....the Civilization game as a metaphor for explaining concepts. That was an inside the ballpark grandslam home run. Loved it!
The 9 Stage Production Line
When I got into this group on July 1st, I immediately did 2 things: 1) I signed up for @Jake Van Clief 's VIP GROUP 2) Dived straight into the classroom One of the first things I noticed was I liked how his videos were made. So once I got to this classroom session about making animation videos with remotion I started trying to figure out how I could do that myself. I understand the power in video (built my first six figure business on the back of it in 2011): -traffic -leads -sales and underappreciated...BRANDING. 60 days later I have refined a 9 stage production line that has been the corner stone of and produced: -1,000+ subscribers on youtube -500+ leads in a 2 week old brand -490+ skool members -2,000 visitors to the same 2 week old brand -1,000s of high intent search traffic across 3 brands -SEO Optimized written blog posts driving that traffic -Building out the community (I took his session package from one of the high teas and use it) -Lifetime FREE access to his VIP through winning his weekly competition Basically...Traffic, leads, a brand awareness and sales. The coolest part is the people I've already met along the way. I have a squad growing and we're getting after it. I routinely get told "I'm a machine" and it's true that I have a work ethic that's unrivaled (you'll never out work me) but where I became dangerous and what people think makes me a machine... Is I've copied me into a machine that churns out things quick, fast, in a hurry, and now it's about 90% accurate on each approval gate. It wasn't that way at first, it was painful, and I wasted a lot of time figuring it out. This video is the exact 9 stages that take me from idea to everything inbetween that's already driving in more leads, traffic and sales while serving my community.

Great stuff! I definitely need to get on board with video production like this for a couple of my own projects.
The social media automation I built is finally doing the work.
I’ve built a social media automation skill into my AI-OS, 2 months ago and I’ve left it run untouched for the past 6 weeks and now I’m starting to feel the power of it. What it does? I give it my skool where he constantly scraps my videos, edits them with a badge and CTA outro, puts them in a folder of approved videos that has access 24/7 in the cloud. It checks the files for Visual QC and post-worthiness, the rejected ones get put into a folder where it need my attention. then publishes the right version to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube with captions made for each platform separately and accordingly to the content of the video so each video gets a different bespoke caption. After that it checks the posts are actually live, saves the links and stats, then moves the video out of the queue and into a new folder so it doesn’t get used twice. It does this 3 times a day for 4 platforms (but I can add more platforms if I need to) It handles scheduling, automated 1st comment on each post, comments, keyword replies (like manychat) and sends DMs with button triggers and links, it also does account health-checks, post analytics & follower tracking. Learns from it and can give suggestions on what worked better visually or what hours are best to post..which comment needs my attention or just replies automatically if I want to. Since switching it on: It posted 392 posts 81.9K views 1.1K interactions +53 followers It’s gathering a huge footprint for my business across multiple platforms and only growing Ps: The accounts where all brand new so 0 audience while Facebook and YouTube having only been introduced 2 weeks ago. So they have been running less posts compared to Instagram and tiktok. Essentially this gets me 360 videos a month posted and today i've introduced the 5th platform [Threads] Which will take this to 450 posts a month - 90 original videos - 15 posts a day. Still improving bits as I go, but it’s already saved me a unfathomable amount of repetitive work and it’s compounding as we speak.
The social media automation I built is finally doing the work.
