🤎 TAPAS — 7 DAY CHALLENGE
This month we’re exploring Consistency. So let’s put it into practice. 👀 For the next 7 days, we’re challenging ourselves to show up for 5 minutes a day. Head over to The Practice and try Dee’s NEW 5-minute practice. Let this be your little yoga toolkit moment, choose one simple practice and commit to coming back to it every day this week. It could be: 🧘‍♀️ 5 mins of asana 🌬️ 5 mins of pranayama 🤎 5 mins of meditation 🌙 5 mins of Yoga Nidra ✨ or Dee’s NEW practice Pick yours. Commit to it. Then come back here and give this post a 👍 every time you complete it. Let’s hold each other accountable and see if we can show up for all 7 days. 🤎 What are you choosing from your yoga toolkit? 👇 Post ✅ once you have completed Day1

Head to THE PRACTICE and flow through it this morning 2. Watch the teacher tutorial to understand the "why" behind the "what" 3. Drop a comment below, how did it feel? Let's greet the sun together 🙏

I used to do them every morning then stopped, but I am slowly introducing it back in again. Firstly it makes me feel less crunchy in the morning 😄, bringing some heat into the body and second I feel that whatever the day brings I can handle it. ✨️
This week we’re exploring Asteya, non-stealing. 🧘‍♀️
Asteya is often understood as simply “don’t steal”, but in yoga philosophy it can invite us to look a little deeper at what we take, from others, from ourselves, and from the world around us. It can be a reminder to notice where we might take more than we need, compare ourselves to others, or feel like we’re constantly chasing what we don’t have. A little reflection for this week: Where could you bring a little more Asteya into your everyday life? Share your thoughts below, we’d love to hear how this shows up in your practice. 🤎

This is difficult to put into practice, especially when we are not at our best. For me not to take away my piece of mind when I have put the work in by putting myself down and making it worse. To meet myself where I am at, good or bad, happy or sad. A work in progress...
🌿How’s everyone getting on?

I consider myself a Yoga Student first then a Teacher. Yoga movement has always been medicine for my soul, connecting me to my breath and body.
