Hey guys, I'm Kristof, 44 years of age, from Belgium. It has been tough going for me since I was young, but I'm not the type of guy to throw in the towel, not even when I'm down in the dumps. I have spent a lot of time in another world from when I was a (very) young boy, unable to deal with what was going on in reality. It wasn't a pretty world, war never is. I started doing personal development when my dad died, he was sadly the last string still tying me to my old life. I know it doesn't sound nice, but that's how it is. I've already cut loose a hefty chunk of bagage, and although there is still a lot to unpack, I've started to work towards learning how to function in the here and now. It will take a some time, and as Winnie said: blood, sweat, toil and tears. But that goes for everything that's valuable. So, you can consider me soldiered on.
