Opportunity to get a free Website
Sharing this in case useful for anyone here - we worked with an agency that literally builds your website for you for free (we didn’t believe it at first either 😄) What they do is they'll build the full technical site structure for you, and then show you how to add your images and text by yourself. You’d just need to get a hosting service for them to implement - but they'll explain 🙂 They're called The Free Website Guys. If you're interested in this, you can fill their application form here and they'll reach out to you to discuss what your website should become like, so they can start building for you! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about this - happy to help based on our own experience! And feel free to pass it on of course. Good luck!! P.S. I’m often asked “what’s the catch” - but as you can read on their website, a % of the people become their paying client later on (without any pressure), and that provides enough ROI for them to do this work. They are becoming well known very fast because of such amazing deal - so it’s working really well for them as a business model and they’re rapidly growing, so don’t miss your chance! 😁

@Lauren Schuivens Assuming everything is free, you still have to pay $ for the domain hosting/name cost. They probably get paid from "inviting" you, so affiliate deal. 🚩Just know that it wont be perfect, you'll 100% have to do some editing yourself or pay them more for perfection. 🏳️If you've never had a website and are too scared to start one, go for it. Even if you deny all their upsells, you'll have a shell you can start working on.

@Lauren Schuivens Yup all good, just mentioning for those who don't know :)
Small Actions Create Big Momentum 🚀
One thing I’m learning fast inside communities like this: Growth doesn’t come from knowing everything. it comes from showing up consistently. Noticing patterns Asking better questions Trying small things instead of waiting for perfect plans Even one post, one comment, or one experiment can shift momentum. I’m here to learn, share what I discover, and contribute where I can step by step. Curious to hear from you: 👉 What’s one small win you’ve had recently (even if it feels tiny)? Let’s keep building forward together 💪✨

Appreciate you for sharing lil nuggets of wisdom. I'm experimenting with creative AI - Suno for music, Sora for video, Nanobanana for images. Videos still need some development and love, but music and images are pretty damn amazing already. Art is doomed soon :')
Simple Business Idea I’m Seeing Work Right Now (No Hype) 💡
One pattern I keep noticing across communities: People don’t need more ideas they need systems that remove friction. A simple, underrated business model: 👉 Done-for-you automation setups for small teams / solo founders Examples: - Lead capture → CRM → follow-up (fully automated) - Content → scheduling → analytics (hands-off) - WhatsApp / Telegram bots for support or onboarding Why this works: - Businesses already pay for tools but don’t use them well - Clear ROI (time saved, fewer mistakes) - Can start service-based → productize later No massive audience required.Just clear problems + simple systems. Curious: - Have you seen a boring idea outperform a flashy one? - What’s one workflow you’d gladly pay to never touch again? Would love to hear what others are exploring 👇

Do you offer your skills on Fiverr/upwork etc? Build outreach bots to sell your CRM with those skills of yours ;)
URL scraping.
This isn’t about clever tech for the sake of it. It's about what happens when you remove repetitive, boring admin from someone’s day. In our case, this automation has been built around James in our team. Before: - Manual Rightmove checks - Copying links - Searching descriptions - Trying to work out who the developer actually is - Easy to skip when things get busy Now: - Every 14 days, Rightmove listings are pulled automatically - Developer names are extracted - Contact details are found - Everything lands structured and ready to review - James spends his time thinking, qualifying, and following up, not scraping The outcome isn’t “more tech”. It’s more consistency, less friction, and better use of junior team time. That’s why I wanted to share the file: - To help you visualise where automation fits into a real business - To show how systems can support people, not replace them - To spark ideas for your team, intern, or next hire The timeline on page 2 is what keeps me focused and smiling. Those roles were all done (badly) in the business previously. Ai has taken all the grunt work away, and delivers what we need EVERYTIME. We focus on the relationships that come out of this process, which is where time should be spent IMO.

Yep, perfect example. Whether you love or hate AI, it does so many boring tasks to the point that not using it almost seems dumb?¿ Thanks for sharing some big-brain energy.
