Pause for a moment. Breathe. Without shame. Without fixing. Without explaining. 👉 What is the #1 stressor in your life right now? When we name what’s weighing on us, it does something powerful: It releases mental pressure. It loosens emotional tension stored in the body. It quiets shame and self-blame. @Dr. Anita McDaniel The topic came up again, the topic he was pressing on, God showed us incredible favor. Hallelujah!!! 🙌🏽💃🏽 And I had a chance to re-ask all of the questions I don’t have answered that he committed to answering when we moved into the house in July. He apologized and based on some things he asked me via text I knew he was working on it. He asked that I remind him to set time aside for us to go over all of it. God is sooooo good and faithful! Hallelujah!!!

I didn’t get this in… however I did attempt a new rhythm of intentional movement and walked for 40 minutes. By the time I got off work I had nothing left in the tank to even attempt it. However, I’m marking a WIN for yesterday all the same!

I closed on time at 6 pm. Just finished class and there was an emotional moment and I want to chew something, but I’m going to sip my water and go to bed… when I get home. 😆
