While you are home DETOX 😆❤️🔥 One simple way to detox the body is through your feet. Your feet have thousands of pores and nerve endings, so a good soak can help the body relax and release. Quick 20-minute detox soak: Fill a bowl with hot water — as hot as you can comfortably stand. The heat helps open the pores in your feet. Add: • 1 cup Epsom salt – the magnesium helps relax the body and support detox. • 1 cup apple cider vinegar – helps balance the skin’s pH and cleanse. Want to level it up? Throw in a little rosemary, lavender, or ginger. That’s a bonus for circulation and relaxation. Now soak your feet for about 10–20 minutes. When you’re done, take a soft dry brush and gently brush upward toward your heart. That helps stimulate circulation and lymph flow. Simple. Natural. Effective. Sometimes detox doesn’t have to be complicated. Your body already knows what to do — you just have to support it. 🔥
