Moving Through Life With Ease
I know it sounds cliché, but it really is all about the journey, not the destination. Happiness isn’t this huge destination we’re all racing toward; it’s the tiny moments your body actually feels and enjoys. The little glimmers that remind you, “Hey… life isn’t all chaos. There’s softness here, too.” When you start catching those micro-moments, the warm expression someone gives you, the sun hitting your arm just right, that fire ass song that gives you goosebumps, something shifts. Your nervous system stops bracing for impact, and you begin to move through life with a little more ease. And here’s the beautiful part: You don’t feel happier because everything got easier. You feel happier because your perspective has gotten healthier. You’re no longer drowning in the challenges; you’re navigating them with awareness, with choice, with steadiness. That’s emotional intelligence in real time: Seeing what’s good without pretending the hard doesn’t exist. So I’m curious…What’s one glimmer you noticed recently that softened you, even for a moment? And how did that tiny shift help you handle life with a little more grace?

New Lesson: Glimmer Training
Last week, we explored Joy in the Middle of It All. The kind of joy that doesn’t wait for perfect timing, perfect energy, or a perfect life. This week, we’re taking that momentum even deeper with a brand-new lesson: Glimmer Training. If joy is the feeling that warms you, glimmers are the small sparks that help you find your way back to yourself. They’re the quick, grounding moments when your body softens, your breath returns, and your nervous system whispers, “Here you are.” This lesson will help you start noticing those micro-moments of safety, peace, and connection that are already happening, even on the messiest days. The new lesson is now live. Come dive in, reflect, and share your glimmers with us.

Finding the Light in the Smallest Moments
This week, we’re practicing something powerful: noticing the tiny sparks that steady your nervous system and bring you back to yourself. Glimmers are those quick, quiet moments when your body says, “I’m safe. I’m okay. I can breathe again.”From a science perspective, glimmers activate the ventral vagal system, the part of your nervous system that restores clarity and ease. From a spiritual perspective, they’re reminders that your light never actually leaves… sometimes it just needs a moment to be seen. Reflection for you: • What small moment softened your body today? • Where did you feel even a flicker of peace? Drop it below. Your glimmer might be the reminder someone else needs today.

The Proof You’re Growing
It's Friday! Today, we pause to notice what’s actually working. Not the stuff everyone sees, the private little steps that changed your direction. Science tells us that celebrating small wins strengthens motivation and rewires the brain toward confidence. Spirit reminds us that gratitude expands whatever we acknowledge. So ask yourself: • What tiny win made you feel just a little more like yourself this week? • Where did you choose honesty, courage, or follow-through… even in a small way? Drop your win below — let’s celebrate the real, human progress that keeps our light steady.

I've had an abundance of wins this week. First and foremost, I showed up every day. No matter how I felt, it was fuck your feelings and stick with the plan lol. In doing this, I strengthened my relationship with myself and built some confidence by leaning into what was uncomfortable. I have also added glimmers to my daily reminders app. As soon as I did this, the glimmers came in like bombs. Today has been a great week.

Momentum
Some days the shift is loud… but most days, momentum is built in the quiet. In the one choice you almost skipped. In the tiny moment you stayed with yourself instead of checking out. Science tells us small, repeated actions strengthen the pathways in your brain that make follow-through easier. Spirit reminds us that every gentle step is an energetic vote for the life you’re creating. Both matter. Both count. And both are happening in you today, even if it feels subtle. Reflection: • What’s one small move you made today that your future self will thank you for? • Where did you choose presence over pressure? Drop your insight below. Your momentum helps someone else believe in their own ❤️

I have to admit, getting moving at the beginning of winter is a challenge for me every year. You'd think I'd be used to it by now. This morning I got up and moved with little resistance, and that felt good. I feel better today than I have in weeks. Doing energy work can take a lot out of you without even noticing. While creating these lessons, I have also taken a deep dive into my triggers and patterns. I am learning new ways to replenish my energy and become a more balanced me. I chose presence today. I believe in what I am doing, even on the days it seems like I'm not going anywhere.
