Finish this sentence:

Then:
The version of me who trusts depth would:
• Scroll how?
• Breathe how?
• Sit in boredom how?
• Create how?
Make it specific.
This is NLP identity layering. Behavior follows identity.
Nervous System Check
Ask yourself:
Am I more comfortable in silence than I was a week ago?
Even 5% counts.
Window of tolerance expands through repetition, not intensity.
