Welcome to the oldest apartment block in the area! The Balmes de Montbrun . This neighborhood is not "fancy" yet. The stone walls are very strong, but there is no heater. If you feel cold, you must be brave. Or, you can share your bed with a family of wild pigs to stay warm! I went for a walk there this morning with my friends and Tchoupy ; We had a very simple lunch from my backpack , we ate one apple. They say "an apple a day keeps the doctor away," but my friend Jacques, the doctor stayed with us anyway! I also did not send any mail, so my friend Bernard, the postman had no work to do. We ate everything and left nothing behind. BTW On our way back, I stopped at the local florist. It wasn't very busy, so I had a lot of choice. The shop was enormous! It stretched for km! It was a beautiful walk , we'd " Rolling Stones" ! Today , we "ROCKED" ! QUESTIONS : Do you think the "wildflower shop" has better prices than the city florist? Is one apple enough to keep the doctor away, or do we need to eat the whole bag?

This morning, the weather was great, so we went for a ride on our bike. It was so nice to be outside! We stopped at a very cozy cafe for a coffee. The music was good, and the vibe was very relaxing. I love flowers, so I want to share this photo. These iris flowers are growing in a big field and they look wonderful! What is your favorite thing to do when the weather is sunny? 🍦 🌳

I walked over to a local farmer’s market to grab some meat, milk, raw honey, and nuts. Ended up doing 2 hours of brisk fasted walking 🚶‍♂️🔥 I can literally feel my body fat burning and my muscles growing 💪 — just feeling that crazy energy!!! ⚡ Testosterone level is up ⬆️, cortisol level is down ⬇️ During that walk, I was listening to several Seinfeld episodes , and to the brand new DDM 1039, “The Maid Part 1.” I haven’t opened the PDF yet and I haven’t watched the video — I’m just using my imagination and picturing what’s going on in my head. I’ll get to the video tomorrow and do the dictation. I came up with the idea of using a totally different approach to the dictation. We'll see how it goes. Now it’s AMA time, baby!
