Hey guys! Long time no talk. So I’ve been pretty fortunate the last two months as far as jobs/work booked. I’ve completed around 50k worth of work in the last two months, my goal at the beginning was 15k a month so this is outstanding! But I’ve got a problem. I’m running a Bobcat T770 with a ShearX 61” mulching head. I’ve NEVER had any heat soaking issues, but we’ve also been fortunate to not have 90° weather. Except this week. I was in the middle of a job yesterday and the machine threw “High engine compartment heat” code 3 different times shutting me down each time. I religiously clean the cooling packs every morning, clean the screens and all multiple times a day. I rinse out the rads every weekend and all. It’s not a buildup issue. I contacted my dealer (who’s been a nightmare since the start, will not purchase anything from them again) and I’ve contacted the guy I bought the mulcher from. He’s an experienced mulching head dealer with 2 machines of his own. Dealer didn’t say much, mulching head guy said to get rooftop cooler. My question is, do any of you have a Roof Top cooler and how much do you think it actually helps? Like I said, I’ve never had this problem yet with my T770 but I believe the Hydro system is heat soaking the engine compartment in this hot weather mixed with the heat the mulcher creates. A rooftop cooler is roughly $6,600 so I’m asking for real world results and opinions from people that may have experienced this. Thanks!

After a month of being overwhelmed by everything related to starting and running a business I finally was able to start my first META ads Tuesday evening - just a simple before and after still photo. I'm in the initial 72 hour let it sit and work phase. I know I need to tweak a few things but I'm happy with the results so far from only a $15/day spend. Messaging conversations started: 9 Cost per Messaging Conversation Started: $4.01 Views: 2.3K I wish I had started this in March - a month before I started work in April!!! I want to expand my spend and tailor the ads to higher paying customers soon. What was your first ad and how quickly did you scale your spend? I have time lapse and drone video, I have lots of photos. I'm trying to figure out what to do for ad number two.

Hey guys, below I’ve posted a few pictures. This older fella has about 500’ of fence with quite a few box elders growing a bit off the fence line. The problem is the ditch between the fence line and the trees he wants cut, ditch is about 2.5’ deep and 1.5’ wide, it’s a drainage ditch from spring runoff so I assume it’s very soft. Inhibits me from working parallel to the fence and keeping the trees off the fence once they’re brought down. He says the neighbor field can’t have any brush in it (so absolutely none can fall that way) as they can’t give a row up. So a day job, could potentially go to more given I’d have to use a chainsaw and move said trees to then mulch them up. How would yall price this? Day rate? Hourly? I Want to see if I was above or below where others would be at. My day rate is set at $2,000.

Hey guys, for those of you that are making ad content and you want to find a good way to make a decent video without trying to remember everything, then you need to use a teleprompter app. There's a few of them that work well like PrompterPal and Promptsmart Plus. I've used it for a few videos now and it works very well. You can adjust the speed to make sure that you get everything within 30-60 sec. You write a script within the app, load it and it accesses your front facing camera. It scrolls up the screen while you read it with your machine in the background. Works awesome. This is NOT an endorsement for these apps. This is just to help you make it easier to get good content.
