Introducing: Scaling With Systems | The Realtor Framework to Free Up Time
I want to formally introduce you to a few of my business partners who I deeply respect in this industry. Daniel Hunt, Jr. is not just a top-producing Realtor, he’s a true modern operator. He’s built his business around systems, structure, and intentional growth, not hustle-for-the-sake-of-hustle. And most importantly, he’s proof that you can scale a real estate business without sacrificing your family, faith, or freedom. Daniel is one of three influencers who partnered with me to form The Collective Code, alongside Tommy Wooten and Luke Jones. Together, these three bring a combined audience of 150,000+ on Instagram, each with a unique perspective on leadership, luxury, and what it really takes to win in today’s market. In this episode, Scaling With Systems, Daniel breaks down the exact framework Realtors can use to: - Eliminate chaos - Reclaim their time - Create consistency in production - Build a business that scales beyond the individual agent This conversation isn’t about working harder — it’s about working smarter with intention. Structure creates freedom. Systems create peace. And clarity creates momentum. This is the kind of thinking I want flowing through our community. Watch closely. Take notes. And more importantly — start thinking like a business owner, not just a salesperson. Let’s go. 🤠🔥

@Saddath R - this is such a powerful reflection — thank you for sharing it so honestly. You nailed the core truth: systems create leverage, and leverage gives you your time back. Referrals and SOI are a blessing, but they’re not a business until they’re supported by structure. What you’re sensing right now really is a wake-up call — and those are often God’s invitations to level up, not condemn where we’ve been. I love what you said: one step forward and God comes ten steps closer. That’s exactly how momentum works — clarity comes after action, not before it. GHL is a great move. Don’t feel like you need to build everything at once. Start simple, get something live, and let it evolve. Progress beats perfection every time. You’re right on time. Stay in motion. And keep listening — when alignment and action come together, things move fast. Proud of you. 🙏🏽🤠

@Saddath R I really appreciate your openness and heart here ❤️🙏🏽 First—thank you for trusting me with that. That kind of honesty is a strength, not a weakness. And yes… one day you will give back by teaching others. That’s usually the confirmation that someone is already on the right path. What you said next is the key: one piece at a time. One funnel. One asset. One simple system. You don’t need the full picture to start—you just need the next faithful step. Clarity always catches up to motion. And being technical is actually a huge gift here. Just remember: don’t let preparation become procrastination in disguise 😉 Start small, move forward with it imperfect, and refine as you go. I’m cheering you on. 🤠🙏🏽

Joining Inner Circle
Hi Knolly, I attempted to join the Inner Circle at the $150/month rate last Sunday but my card was declined. The card is unlocked and sufficient funds are in the checking account related to my debit card. Paul Denver said that they have experienced this and to try my card again. I unable to locate the area that allows you to to join at the $150/mo rate and not $5L per year. Can you help? Thanks

Postcards for Farming
Hey team, Does anyone have a good service provider for postcards? I am spending about a $1 per mailer to send out to my farm. I'd like to get the price down and be able increase the radius of the area.

@Jose Vilar - great seeing you today on our Inner Circle call buddy! For JL/JS cards, I prefer GotPrint for one reason: control + speed + cost efficiency at small quantities. My process: - Print postcards via GotPrint - Use Landvoice Neighborhood Search to pull ~100 homes around the subject property - Hand-address or merge-print labels (depending on volume) - Mail immediately while the listing or sale is still “hot” This keeps the message: - Hyper-relevant - Timely - Personal (which matters with JL/JS) The decision rule I use: - ≤ 100–150 homes → GotPrint + targeted list - 200+ homes → switch to EDDM (cheaper, faster, scalable) Why this works psychologically: - Neighbors don’t see JL/JS as “marketing” — they see it as information - Targeting the immediate area increases perceived authority - You’re not wasting money on homes that don’t care Key takeaway for everyone: EDDM is for farming. GotPrint + Landvoice is for momentum and authority plays. That combo lets you: - Keep costs down - Stay consistent - Expand only when it makes sense

Another option I use (and really like): Mailbox Power + Canva For agents who want speed + simplicity without juggling printers, labels, and post office runs: My setup: - Have your VA Design postcards in Canva (full brand control) - Upload directly to Mailbox Power - Postcard printing is free on my plan - I only pay postage That’s huge. When Mailbox Power makes the most sense: - You want fast execution - You don’t want to manage printing logistics - You want clean, consistent branding - You want to mail immediately when a listing goes live or closes How I decide which route to use: - Ultra-targeted (100 homes, hands-on):GotPrint + Landvoice - Fast, streamlined, scalable:Canva → Mailbox Power → mail same day - 200+ homes / broad farming:EDDM Why this matters (big picture):Most agents don’t fail because they don’t know what to mail. They fail because the friction to execute is too high. Mailbox Power removes friction.Canva keeps you on-brand.Targeting keeps costs down. That’s how systems win. Next week I'll be sharing more with the Inner Circle how I use Mailbox Power to stay in contact with my SOI
