Make a new logo with AI
Keith just recommended this to Jemma so I thought I’d share it… I've not used it but it seems to be free so probably worth trying.

Thanks for sharing. If I'm honest, my mind is slightly blown by what AI can do!
Use the rule of 3
The rule of three states that when you offer three different levels of service. Or perhaps, three different products at different pricing positions, most people will buy the one in the middle. So the idea behind the rule of three is that you create three levels of service and you position the middle level as the 'best deal'. The outcome of this is that you increase sales from your standard offering to a higher level of sale, thereby increasing your average unit of sale. In the next few days, I'm going to be producing a video to explain this further to the Results Mastery University under the strategic mastery training. Steve

Yes! I offer clients a choice of two fee options at the moment and have noticed a drop in haggling on fees as a result.

Value proposition review
Hi all, I am excited to be on the Results Mastery course this week and Steve suggested I post my value proposition to get some feedback. Be brutal! Working with Nick Shanagher helps you become the best leader you can be. He specialises in supporting small business owners (including startups) to focus on their strengths to make a difference in the world - and money. Nick is based in the Thames Valley and accredited by the award-winning IBD Business Advice Group. His services are available both online and in person. Key focus areas include: Set and hit targets. We use a simple tool to clarify what your success means for you, your team and your family in five years. The focus of this exercise means you will find the signals within the noise, making it easier to say no to tasks that don't matter! Build your value proposition. Most small businesses fail because the owner fails to find a problem to fix big enough to pay for their product or service. Or fail to communicate the solution to get past prospective clients' scepticism about paying for something new. Get a grip. Good discipline is needed to make a strategy work. As companies grow, they face a series of tipping points where they have to review how they operate to ensure that the right people are in the right seats to deliver good customer service. Improved communications and goal setting are vital to help teams pull together so that the good things about your business can scale up. Contact me for a free consultation to determine how I will help you hit your goals.

Overall, I think this sounds good Nick. Some food for thought: - Consider defining what 'small business owners' means to you - maybe by reference to size of turnover, or number of employees. - Maybe include a link to IBD Business Advice Group (unless I'm in the minority and everyone you're talking to will know all about them already). - Your call to action at the end is for people to contact you - but how do they do about this? Are you able to include a link for them to email you, or specify your phone number? (and if I'm being super-picky.......(I can't help it; it's the lawyer in me!): - Sometimes you talk about yourself in the third person / sometimes you say 'I' - you might want to be consistent throughout. - I think under the section 'Build your value proposition' where you state 'Or Fail to communicate the solution....', I think it needs to say 'fails' (not 'fail'). Look forward to continuing the conversation tomorrow.
