Sometimes the most healing thing you can do is nothing! Not fixing, not forcing, not researching, or trying harder! Just be. Just as you are, releasing the pressure to be different than you are! x

It’s true regarding when one voice speaks others follow. At work we get a wellness hour. We can take this all at once or split it through the week. I use mine to do a 10 minute seated meditation every day. One day a colleague asked me why I lock myself in a changing room in the shower block. I explained and now several other people have explored meditation and we discuss how we feel a lot more than we used to. I now feel more open to tell them about my mindfulness practices etc. Soreading the word is good.
Listening to this in January. Getting back to nature and listening to myself has told me the New Year is not the time for huge change. Not the time to reduce calories and push ourselves more physically than we normally do. It’s a time to nourish ourselves and stay warm and well. To breathe the cold crisp air and get out into the winter sunshine. I’m enjoying home made broths and food that gives me warmth and comfort.
