Spiritual Warfare Starts In Marriage
Satan HATES marriage and he attacks marriage. The front line for spiritual warfare is MARRIAGE. Satan didn’t even show up on the scene until Adam and Eve were put together by God in marriage. The storyline of the Bible is: Genesis 1–2 shows God creating marriage; God makes man, God says, “Its not good for man to be alone,” God makes woman. God brings man and woman together. They are married with a consummated covenant. Genesis 3 shows Satan attacking it; Satan shows up. After the wedding comes the war. Satan knows he cannot directly attack God, so he hurts God the only way he can . . . By attacking God’s beloved institution of marriage and God’s creation, man and woman. It started with Eve and the forbidden fruit, and continues today with divorce, physical abuse, mental abuse, adultery, sexual depravity, same-sex marriage (a described abomination before God -Leviticus 18:22-24, 20:13; Romans 1:26-27; 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, 7:2; 1 Timothy 1:8-11). By inserting his negative influence into the marriage covenant, Satan breaks apart families and hurts the very heart of God. But KNOWLEDGE IS POWER and in Christ we have authority over Satan and all his minions. The Bible tells us, “Husband, honor thy wife, and Wife, honor thy husband!” In doing this, we defeat the attacks of Satan on our marriage and put an end to the spiritual warfare on the marriage front!

Feb 25: The Sign of Jonah for an Evil Generation
Luke 11:29-32 When the crowds were increasing, he began to say, "This generation is an evil generation; it seeks a sign, but no sign shall be given to it except the sign of Jonah (v.29) Do you pay careful attention to warning signs? Many fatalities could be avoided if people paid attention to such signs. When the religious leaders demanded a sign from Jesus, he gave them a serious warning to avert spiritual disaster. It was characteristic of the Jews that they demanded "signs" from God's messengers to authenticate their claims. God warns us for our good - do you listen? When the religious leaders pressed Jesus to give proof for his claims he says in so many words that he is God's sign and that they need no further evidence from heaven than his own person. The Ninevites recognized God's warning when Jonah spoke to them, and they repented. And the Queen of Sheba recognized God's wisdom in Solomon. Jonah was God's sign and his message was the message of a merciful God for the people of Nineveh. Unfortunately the religious leaders were not content to accept the signs right before their eyes. They had rejected the message of John the Baptist and now they reject Jesus as God's Anointed One (Messiah) and they fail to heed his message. Simeon had prophesied at Jesus' birth that he was destined for the falling and rising of many in Israel, and to be a sign that will be opposed so that inner thoughts of many will be revealed (Luke 2:34-35). Jesus confirmed his message with many miracles in preparation for the greatest sign of all - his resurrection on the third day. Let God's word of truth set you free from sin and ignorance The Lord Jesus came to set us free from slavery to sin and hurtful desires. Through the gift of the Holy Spirit he pours his love into our hearts that we may understand his will for our lives and walk in his way of holiness. God searches our hearts, not to condemn us, but to show us where we need his saving grace and help. He calls us to seek him with true repentance, humility, and the honesty to see our sins for what they really are - a rejection of his love and will for our lives. God will transform us if we listen to his word and allow his Holy Spirit to work in our lives. Ask the Lord to renew your mind and to increase your thirst for his wisdom and truth.

I always think of that time my cousin told me to pay attention to the signs. It has greatly helped me
Are you ashamed to ask pardon?
How many there are who know that they have sinned against their brothers or sisters and yet are unwilling to say: 'Forgive me.' They were not ashamed to sin, but they are ashamed to ask pardon. They were not ashamed of their evil act, but they blush where humility is concerned.

You Woke Up for a Reason Today
This morning is not random. If you are breathing, God still has purpose for you. Before the noise of the world tries to speak, take a moment to realign your heart. Today is an opportunity to walk in peace, clarity, and confidence knowing the Lord has already gone before you. No matter what yesterday looked like, His mercy is fresh. His strength is available. His Spirit is present. If you are believing for healing, direction, provision, or breakthrough, receive this as your reminder that Heaven is working on your behalf. Pause. Breathe. Pray. Move forward in faith.
