Ooooh my goodness, I NEVER realized this didn't go live!! So see this as "this weekend's challenge"!! This week's challenge: create a fuel log for the monthly challenge. You can find the rules there. βœ… Rules 1️⃣ Use the monthly challenge run for this one. 2️⃣ Follow the rules there. Log your fueling across the full run: - Pre-run: what you ate and drank, and when - During: what you took with you and when you used it (or "nothing" if nothing!) - Post-run: what you ate or drank to recover 3️⃣ Post in this thread: - A copy of your fuel log as posted in the monthly challenge or a screenshot of your log there 4️⃣ Everyone who participates will be entered into the weekly spot prize draw. Your challenge this month: pay attention to what you eat before, (during) and after your runs, and share an update once a week for 4 weeks. This is NOT about eating perfectly. It's about being curious and intentional about how nutrition affects your running. βœ… Rules ⬇️ 1️⃣ After at least one run per week, post an update using this format: [Your Name – Fuel Log #1], [Your Name – Fuel Log #2], and so on until you hit 4 comments total. 2️⃣ Each update should include what you ate before, during (if anything), and after your run, and how you felt. Kim - Fuel Log #1 Before: porridge with apple + banana + yoghurt During: 2 gels After: ice cream + pizza as dinner 16k run today but my body felt so tired! I've been tired all week and I felt it soooo much during this run. Body was feeling heavy, legs were bricks. This while heart rate and breathing were doing so good, so that sucked

My wishlist for inspo: HRM Running socks or just running clothing in general and definitely a short with many many pockets around the waist!! (gift card so I can choose myself) Resistance bands Bench (for specific running strength exercises hehe) A belt for bib numbers

@Lieke Omlo oooooooh, will take a look at the brand! Thanks for the tip! I recently found really nice running shorts from Salomon in the store with many many pockets, but it was around 90 euros 🫣 I though 'lemme think about it' πŸ˜‚
