This issue is resolved. I found out the details and solution to my problem. The website is hosted on Google cloud in GHL. I finally decided to keep the web hosting on GHL and use cloudflare for domain and its free subscription also increases the speed of the website. It's a good combination so I decided to not use hostinger or hostpapa. I was able to transfer my GHL sub account from existing agency to new agency without any disruption in my website.
