How did we deliver on our gym performance this week? Introduce your program, Share your favorite exercises , Drop workout videos, and share workout tips Quality performance in the gym is important. I want every member of our community to be able to help one another with honest and supportive information to reach new fitness levels. I've been in the fitness industry as a PT for 3 years now and it is important to adapt certain programs to get better results. If you guys have any questions leave a comment!!!

Honestly good, but considering a lot is going on right now I’m glad I’ve been able to go to the gym and get my workouts at least 4-5 times a week. I’m going to incorporate more cardio on my days off from weightlifting to make sure I’m active everyday
