How did we deliver on our gym performance this week? Introduce your program, Share your favorite exercises , Drop workout videos, and share workout tips Quality performance in the gym is important. I want every member of our community to be able to help one another with honest and supportive information to reach new fitness levels. I've been in the fitness industry as a PT for 3 years now and it is important to adapt certain programs to get better results. If you guys have any questions leave a comment!!!

Daily Mindset
Fitness emphasizes building a better life, not just a body. This is the one thing that tells me that this way of thinking can only get you so far. What happens when you have one consistent week or month but don't see any results. Do you give up and throw your progress away? or Do you find new and improved ways to execute a better plan? The way you think will determine your outcome. Understand what you can do and what you want to do. Starting day one is closer to day 365 than it is to 0! Positive mind = Positive results Let me know your thoughts in the comments!

Heres an idea of what we can do here. I want to see your progress!! Theres no reason to be camera shy when it comes to creating videos of your workouts even Im still getting the hang of it. When creating content for the gym or strictly taking videos to see your form Think Progress not Perfection. Hold yourself accountable and stay consistent! Show me what you got!

Proper Planning
I heard once that "a goal without a plan is just a dream" I'm not sure who needs to hear it but I want everyone to maintain their consistency and reach new levels everyday. Continue to overcome adversity, whatever obstacles come up on your journey find your solution. You can even start here in the chat!
