I wanted to share a small tip that helped me reduce shipping cost and damage rate. I started using lighter inner packaging with a small layer of padding instead of full bubble wrap. It cut down the weight and still protects the product really well. Curious what small changes have you made in your packaging that made a big impact?Always keen to learn new tricks from the community.

Hey everyone, I run an ecommerce brand and I’m currently reviewing my packaging setup. I want to make sure my products arrive safely, look clean, and don’t increase my shipping costs. If you’ve had experience with lightweight but protective packaging materials (especially for beauty/fashion products), I’d love to hear what worked best for you.
