Jumping from 140 mg/week → 400 mg/week of Test Cyp — will I see drastic sides?
Hi all,
Looking for honest experiences and practical advice. I’m currently on 140 mg/week of testosterone cypionate and considering increasing to about 400 mg/week. I weigh ~185 lb. I’m not asking for dosing instructions — I just want to know:
From your experience, does a jump from ~140 → ~400 mg/week usually produce drastic side effects, and which ones showed up first for you? (e.g., mood swings, acne, hair loss, gyno, libido changes)
Did you see big changes in hematocrit/RBC or blood pressure after the increase? How soon?
What baseline labs and ongoing monitoring would you recommend people keep an eye on if they increase dose (CBC, lipids, estradiol, LFTs, etc.)?
Any harm-reduction tips or red flags that made you back off a cycle?
Appreciate real-world feedback — what happened to you, how long until side effects, and what saved you (if anything). Thanks in advance.
