Handwritten forms, typed PDFs, scanned images. PDF Vector extracts consistently. Extracts structured healthcare data: Patient demographics, insurance details, contact information, medical arrays (medications, allergies). Schema-based extraction ensures all fields captured. Critical for healthcare compliance. THE FIRST FORM: Tested with actual form. 30 seconds: Patient name extracted. DOB, address, phone, email captured. Insurance extracted. Hello everyone my name is Kgotla Boyser Koboto i come from a village in the central part of Botswana called Machaneng. when i was young i used to be bullied for my disability and how i was because of that i had no friends and all i did was spending my time indoors due to the fact that i was not like everybody else. My parents bought me a Desktop computer setup when i was 5 and thats when my exploration began where i used to spend hours just being on the computer figuring things out. it even came to a point that when someone borrowed me their phone i would find out what is in it without me actually being told about it. I then grew my knowledge on technology as i also grew up because i never had friends so being on the pc gave me peace and ease the pain of being alone, fast forward this year i studied AI on youtube after not doing well in my exams which as a result became my baseline from learning AI. i then joined communities like these to expand my knowledge and i wanted to hop on the train before it was too late, our country is slow when it comes to technological developments like AI so i wanted to be ahead of these people before it was too late. so in order to do that i wanted to study and know as much as possible so that i ride the wave.
