I just made a post on LinkedIn about this, but I wanted to give you guys a slightly different version: I uploaded 29 YouTube videos in the past 28 days. 4.1M views. 280K watch hours. 68K new subscribers. And I even took a full week off in the middle of it. You guys in the comments and in here are asking me things like "Do you ever sleep?" and "Are you using an AI avatar?" Yes I sleep and no I don't use an AI avatar. I even edit all of my tutorials myself. Honest answer: I have an incredible team that helps keep everything running, and AI agents and systems that let me get done in a single day what used to take me a full week. But that's still not the full answer. The full answer is passion. And I want to talk about burnout for a second because I think people gloss over this too fast. Burnout is real. I've felt it before. And spamming more content doesn't automatically mean better results. More output without intention just accelerates the crash. That dip in the graph is a full week in Florida with my girlfriend and my family. Phones down. No filming.

I’m not sharing this to flex. I want you to actually see what’s possible if you stop overthinking this and just execute. ‎Businesses need content. Constantly. ‎Emails, social media, websites, ads… all of it. And most small businesses either don’t have the time, don’t have the team, or don’t have the budget to keep up with creating new visuals all the time. ‎So what happens? ‎They reuse the same images, their content looks all over the place, or they just stop posting. ‎That’s where you come in. ‎All I do is create clean, on-brand image sets that they can actually use. Not random AI images… real content that fits their business and makes their life easier. ‎That’s what they’re paying for. ‎The biggest question I get is where do the clients come from. ‎Two places. Facebook groups and direct outreach. ‎I post my work consistently so people can see what I do, and then I reach out directly. Every week I’m sending around 50 to 80 messages to brands. Nothing crazy, just short and straight to the point. ‎And it works. ‎I usually sign about 6 new clients a week, and a lot of them stay on retainer. That’s how this starts to stack. ‎This isn’t complicated. People just don’t do it. ‎They sit, they learn, they watch… but they don’t actually go talk to the people who need what they’re offering. ‎This isn’t about AI. ‎It’s about solving a problem. ‎If you can give a business content that helps them show up consistently and look good doing it, they will pay you.
