Tracking not being added to Etsy
Hi Just a quick question, it appears that the tracking is not being added automatically anymore, it did to begin with? Disconnected my shop and reconnected it, but still not auto sending it to the orders, any ideas? Cheers

Frame Paranoia!
Hi I only been selling for about 3 weeks and lucky enough to have about 10 sales and a couple of those have been framed prints, one delivered 2 weeks ago US.... no feedback, one in transit US and now just got an order for two oak frame orders for over £300 again in the US and yep I love the order but it fills me with horror! Will they be good enough? Are they worth the money? Will the customer like them???? I dread them! Please tell me this goes away.... do you get lots of complaints re frames? Im updating my listings to say "Crafted from durable pine wood with your choice of black, oak, or white finish, our premium frames are lightweight yet sturdy" to manage expectations (thank you to this forum for the wording) Any reassurance would be helpful. Thanks Kevin

@Mihai Volintiriu as a seasoned seller do you have many or any issues with frame sales?

@Frank Davies yikes! thats a hit to the wallet!
Canada postage - Accidentally overcharged
Someone has just purchased an unframed print in Canada, I hadn't realised I had them set up as 'Rest of the World' with a full £19.99 for P&P. They have paid £44.63 (including £19.99 for postage) for a 16 by 20 print. I guess I am feeling a bit bad they have paid so much for P&P, would you go back to them and given them a partial refund or just assume they were happy to pay the total price? They may be thinking it is being shipped from the UK and be disappointed when they receive a package shipped locally in Canada.

I had one to Switzerland, print only and was £19.95 PP and I partially refunded them £10 saying I wanted to be honest and transparent and the customer loved that, so straight away she was impressed so hopefully when she gets the print she will even be happier 😊
Fast Dispatch or Not?
If the processing time via the pricing list is 1-3 days for say Switzerland, I know day one is not classed as a processing day (Via email with Tom), so it can be 4 days in fairness. So how do people say we dispatch within 1 day? As if we complete an order in etsy it pings an email saying "Great news, your order is on its way" when its not?

@Max Murray Thank you, Yes previous orders I have completed them on the timescale set by processing times on Etsy regardless of dispatched or not, so not to get penalised. But I see people advertising 24 hour dispatch and I just thought that was a lil mis leading in my opinion, thanks for the reply👍🏻
Customer Complaint
I've just had my first complaint and I don't blame her t b h and it is a bit weird. The customer ordered an image I have created in landscape ratio as opposed to portrait. When people have asked on here about sending the file to be printed the answer seemed to be the longest side of your image will always be the longest side of your image etc so it would be printed correctly but my image was squidged up and sent out to the customer as portrait and just looks weird. I have checked my file in printshrimp and it loaded fine, as I'd expect to see it, landscape. She also said the paper was a bit thin, I have a few test prints and they seemed ok to me but not sure if the print paper used has changed? I've emailed print shrimp with a photo from the customer and asked them to print it correctly and send out to the customer a s a p. I've apologised to her for the error and had a little chat and she seems ok after this, is there anything else I should do?

Sounds like you have done all you can, I think most customers just need reassurance and keeping in the loop about things, like when it will next be delivered next etc and if they see you are informing them of everything they should be all ok, I would as a lil sweetner give them a 10 - 15% code for any future orders😊
