Vapi or retell?
Hi so I’ve built my first ai voice agent using vapi with integrations using make to send notifications through yahoo mail and WhatsApp. I’ve see mention of using retell instead of vapi. What is the consensus here? Is one better / easier than the other? If its use case dependent what are the scenarios when one is preferred over the other? Cheers

Just starting out.
Hi everyone, really enjoyed the webinar earlier. After 25 years working in Ops and IT, I was made redundant just prior to xmas, so in addition to the job search I've been exploring starting my own consultancy to help SME's with AI and automation. I really like the Voice AI agents that Brendan has shared in his videos and have now built my own working prototype in VAPI, with a twilio number and used Make to generate email and whatsapp summaries and calendar bookings. Now at the next step of looking for actual clients to start monetising for real.

@Muhammad Jeral hi, yep I think this is the difficult part for sure. my thinking was to identify local businesses in my area that will typically have high calls so I was thinking estate agents/letting agents, trade businesses which have difficulty always answering the phone eg plumbers and roofers, scaffolders etc. I’ve used ChatGPT to help give me a selling script. I was literally going walk in to the estate agents and try for a F2F convo. What hve others found that works.
